The SWE Community Colleges AG promotes community college women in engineering, engineering technologies, and related STEM fields and raises awareness of their unique challenges and the importance of their diverse perspectives and contributions. Membership in any SWE Affinity Group is open to all SWE members interested in participating.

This AG aims to build membership and community and showcase the importance and impact of community colleges in the STEM landscape.  Strengthening key relationships with 4-yr institutions, industry, and professional networks is also a priority!
