The Technical Career Path Affinity Group, founded in 2021, is focused on supporting women as technical leaders in their career path. Membership in any SWE Affinity Group is open to all SWE members interested in participating.

The goal is to promote women to excel on the technical leadership track and expand engagement in the SWE technical awards.

Our mission is to be a guiding light for technical career track growth, working with SWE committees and other affinity groups. We provide support and networking for SWE members focused on a technical career track.
